Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments made on the Portal are for services rendered by independent experts. Since advisory and drafting services involve committed expert time, payments are generally non-refundable.
1. No Refund After Assignment
Once a query or service request has been assigned to a service provider, the payment becomes non-refundable.
2. Service Quality Concerns
If a user believes the service has not been delivered, they may raise a support request. Decisions will be made case-by-case after reviewing the facts.
3. Platform Fees
Platform fees for facilitating payments, allocation, and service delivery are non-refundable.
