These Terms govern your access and use of the Cusgst Advisory Pvt Ltd online Portal (“Portal”). By accessing the Portal, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Platform Nature
The Portal acts solely as an intermediary connecting clients with independent service providers. We do not directly provide Customs, GST, DGFT, legal, or advisory services.
2. Independent Professionals
Consultants, DGFT experts, and reply service providers listed on the Portal operate independently. We are not liable for the accuracy or outcome of their professional work, advice, or documents.
3. User Responsibility
Clients must get all replies, drafts, and advisory content legally vetted before using them for compliance, filing, or litigation. Reliance is at the user's discretion and risk.
4. Payments
Payments made on the Portal compensate independent service providers. Platform facilitation fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
Drafts, replies, and documents prepared by providers remain their intellectual property but may be stored by the Portal for service purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Portal is not responsible for losses, penalties, notices, or legal consequences arising from use of third-party professional advice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
